We have just published our first newsletter for a while and decided to go a little retro by actually having it printed and distributed, rather than just online. And we have had great feedback. We have called the newsletter ampersand and it contains a number of interesting articles and snippets, all very much of the moment given the strange and challenging times we are living in. Managing Director Martin Davies looks at the benefits of commercial mediation as an alternative to court processes. Sue Hickman outlines the importance of power of attorney while Caro Taylor assesses the increase in family cases in the wake of the coronavirus lockdown. Alex Crabbe discusses issues relating to landlords and tenants. We were delighted to team up with Stephen Bath on the front page cover picture - a striking aerial image of Poole by Stephen featuring our new office in the historic Old Town. Articles from the newsletter will appear on the website in due course so please look out for them. In the meantime we are well underway with the next edition of ampersand.
